बाल आश्रम Children’s Homes
A quiet hour of movement, breath and sound in a place where the days can be loud. Sessions are shaped around the children and run alongside their own carers.
Yogi Ji brings yoga, meditation, Himalayan sound healing and sound therapy free of cost, always — to the places that would never be asked to pay for them. No cost, ever. Only care.

Gentle seated practice and sound healing for residents, at whatever pace the room asks for. Nobody is asked to do anything they would rather not.
A session at a rehabilitation centre

Sessions offered for calm and rest, always alongside the centre’s own carers and therapists and under their guidance — never in place of them.

Yoga and meditation for students and teachers, and open community sessions — including the one held at Pashupatinath.

Yoga, meditation and sound healing are given to serving personnel of the Nepal Army, the Nepal Police and the Traffic Police — in barracks yards, in halls, and wherever there is room to sit. The practice is the same as it is anywhere else, and it costs the same: nothing.
These sessions are offered for relaxation, calm and wellbeing. They are not treatment, they are not a cure, and they are not medicine. They do not replace medical or psychological care.
Where a centre has its own carers or therapists, Yogi Ji works alongside them and with their guidance. The people who know those in their care best are the people who lead.
Any home, centre, school, institution or community in Nepal may invite us. Tell us where you are, what kind of place it is, roughly how many people, and a good time to come. There is no cost, and there never will be.
Or telephone +977 9851136069.
A quiet room and space to sit is all that is needed. Mats help, but are not essential.
No. Yoga, meditation, Himalayan sound healing and sound therapy are given free of cost, always — to children's homes, elderly homes, rehabilitation centres, schools, communities and Nepal's security forces. There is no charge and no condition. Only multi-day retreats ask a contribution, and that covers transport, food and accommodation.
Any home, centre, school, institution or community in Nepal. You do not need to be a large organisation and you do not need a budget.
No. Sound therapy, like the group sessions, is offered for relaxation, calm and wellbeing. It is not treatment, not a cure and not medicine, and it is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Where a centre has its own carers or therapists, Yogi Ji works alongside them and with their guidance.
A quiet space large enough for people to sit, and a rough idea of how many will attend. Mats are helpful but not essential. Nothing else.
Those who support the work are the reason it can be offered without charge.
