Get involved

Three ways in

They matter equally, and none of them requires a budget.

One

Request a free visit

Any school, children’s home, elderly home, rehabilitation centre or community group in Nepal may invite us for a wellbeing session. It costs nothing, and inviting us creates no obligation to give anything, ever.

Offered for calm, rest and wellbeing. Not treatment, not a cure, not medicine, and never a substitute for medical or psychological care.

There is no cost, and asking creates no obligation.

So we know how far we are travelling.

If a form is not convenient, write to newvisionnepal11@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp — both reach exactly the same people.

What is helpful to tell us

  • Where you are
  • What kind of place it is
  • Roughly how many people
  • A good time to come
  • A phone number we can reach you on

A quiet room and space to sit is all that is needed. Mats help, but are not essential.

Two

Partner with us

The shape of a useful partnership is simple: both sides bring something. Our work with Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Bidur Municipality and the Rotary Club of Chitwan has all had that shape.

  • A municipality or ward telling us which schools and centres would most welcome a visit
  • A service club funding a season of sessions and joining one rather than only funding it
  • A school or campus opening its hall for a free community session
  • An NGO already working in a district bringing us to the people it serves
  • A company giving its people a day to take part

The one-page profile carries the registrations, governance, areas of work and audited turnover on a single sheet, and is laid out to print.

Three

Volunteer

This organisation is volunteer-powered, which is not a figure of speech: the health camps, the clean-ups and the tree planting have been carried by people who turned up.

Health camps, clean-ups, planting, documentation, teaching — or tell us what you are good at.

What volunteering looks like

  • A health camp or a clean-up is a day, not a commitment
  • Most work happens in and around Kathmandu, some in the districts
  • No qualification is needed for most of it
  • Documentation, translation and admin help are as useful as hands

If a form is not convenient, write to newvisionnepal11@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp — both reach exactly the same people.
